FAQ

Is this dip spicy?

The sour cream mellows the heat of the jalapeno but you still get a spicy kick, especially if you do not discard the jalapeno seeds. Leaving them out will result in a slightly milder experience but you’re still going to get some heat. It is a jalapeno-based dip, after all.

Can I make it in advance?

Yes! This dip can be made up to a day in advance.
