I started some wild rice on the stove, heated up the wok, and pulled out a pre-cut package of fresh mixed vegetables.
The only real “work” left to be done was to make the sauce, and even that was easy!
Ingredients for 4-Ingredient Stir-Fry Sauce with Vegetables
- 3/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 pounds mixed vegetables
How to Make 4-Ingredient Stir-Fry Sauce with Vegetables
STEP ONE: Combine vegetable broth, teriyaki sauce, cornstarch, and ginger in a small bowl and set aside until ready to use.
STEP TWO: Preheat a wok or large pan over high heat.
STEP THREE: Add grapeseed oil and vegetables. Stir frequently until vegetables are crisp-tender.
STEP FOUR: Add the sauce, to taste, and continue stir-frying until heated through then serve hot.
