Vegan Green Chile Cheese Sauce
Serve this easy, green chile cheese sauce on everything from nachos to burgers to pasta or even as a stand-alone dip.
This easy, cheesy sauce makes a great dip to serve along with these Air-Fried Shishito Peppers.
The best part is that it can easily be customized to suit personal taste and heat preference.
I’ve been known to stir in a little fresh salsa, black beans, or just a few dashes of cayenne pepper sauce.
It’s all good!

Although I don’t eat vegan, this does sound delicious. Fun to see just how to have cheese when it’s not really cheese!

Where do you shop for these ingredients? I am more intimated by the shopping part than the cooking part.
thiswifecooks
Everything I use can be found in most major supermarkets.
