- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
How to Make Vegan Cream of Celery Substitute
STEP ONE: Heat butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
STEP TWO: When the butter is melted, whisk in the flour until the consistency is smooth.
STEP THREE: Add the celery, plant milk, chicken-style broth, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
STEP FOUR: Bring to a boil, whisking frequently for 2 minutes, until thickened. Let the soup cool and it’s ready to go!
