I can’t stop eating these olives.

The brininess of the green olives with the savoriness of seasoned bread crumbs and vegan parmesan is completely addictive!

These will be great for New Year’s Eve or snacking on Game Day!

Ingredients for Air Fried Olives

You will need:

  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • All-purpose flour – Make it gluten-free with arrowroot flour.

  • Italian-style Panko bread crumbs
  • Vegan Parmesan cheese
  • Pimento-stuffed green olives – For a spicy kick, try jalapeno-stuffed olives!

How to Make Fried Olives:

STEP ONE: Preheat the air fryer to 400° F.

STEP TWO: Set up your dredging station. Arrange three small-size mixing bowls in a row. To the first bowl, add the flour. To the second bowl, add the unsweetened almond milk. In the third bowl, combine Panko bread crumbs and vegan Parmesan cheese.

STEP THREE: Batter the olives. Working with a few olives at a time, coat them first in flour, then in almond milk, and finally in the bread crumb mixture.

STEP FOUR: Get ready to air fry. Into the preheated air fryer basket, arrange battered olives in an even layer. You may need to work in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer. Lightly spray the tops of the olives with non-stick cooking spray.

STEP FIVE: Cook for 6 minutes, shaking the basket to roll the olives around halfway through the cooking time.

STEP SIX: Serve warm or room temperature.

Enjoy!
