Asian Lettuce Wraps ~

Ingredients for Asian Lettuce Wraps:
- plant-based ground beef substitute
- olive oil
- yellow onion
- garlic
- tamari
- hoisin sauce
- fresh ginger
- rice wine vinegar
- sriracha hot chili sauce
- scallions
- dark sesame oil
- whole lettuce leaves
How to make Asian Lettuce Wraps:
- Cook the plant-based ground.
- Add onion,garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, rice wine vinegar, and sriracha hot chili sauce.
- Add scallions and sesame oil.
- Spoon into lettuce leaves and serve warm.

Ingredients
- 1 pound vegan ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup yellow onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoon fresh ginger minced
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha hot chili sauce
- 1/4 cup scallions chopped
- 1-2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- whole lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Into a medium-size skillet over medium heat, crumble the vegan ground. Cook, stirring frequently until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Into the skillet, add the onion. Cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
- Add the garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, rice wine vinegar, and sriracha hot chili sauce. Stir to combine.
- Add the scallions, sesame oil, and vegan ground beef.
- Continue cooking 3 minutes, until heated through.
- Spoon into lettuce leaves and serve warm.
