This recipe yields the equivalent of one standard size (2-ounce) packet of ranch dressing mix without the dairy frequently found in store-bought packets.
Ingredients for Vegan Ranch Seasoning
You will need:
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How to Make Vegan Ranch Seasoning
STEP ONE: In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until fully combined.
STEP TWO: Transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store at room temperature in the pantry or spice cabinet.
How to Make Vegan Ranch Dressing
Stir 2 teaspoons of the ranch seasoning mix into to 1/2 cup vegan mayo and 1/4 cup oat milk, or other mild-flavored plant milk. Adjust seasoning amount to taste then chill the dressing in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
