Beer Glazed Bratwurst Bites

If you’re new to plant-based eating and wondering how in the world you can still enjoy bratwurst, well, my friends, that’s where the magic of plant-based alternatives comes in.

There are fantastic vegan sausages, such as Beyond and Impossible brands, and others that mimic the look, feel, and taste of traditional sausages. These bratwurst bites are made with all the deliciousness of traditional bratwurst but with none of the animal products. And you won’t miss them, I promise.

I like this recipe because it’s a classic flavor pairing that never goes out of style and people love a bite-sized appetizer!
