Beefy Black Bean Nachos ~
Easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser!
These loaded vegan nachos drizzled with dairy-free green chile cheese sauce are perfect for Game Day snacking!

Ingredients for Beefy Black Bean Nachos:
- vegan ground beef alternative – my personal favorites are Impossible and Beyond Ground
- taco seasoning
- smoked paprika
- chipotle powder
- sea salt
- large bag tortilla chips
- black beans
- prepared Green Chile Cheesy Sauce
Optional toppings:
- guacamole
- black olives
- scallions
- tomato-based salsa
- dairy-free sour cream
- jalapeno peppers, fresh or pickled
How to make Beefy Black Bean Nachos:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
For the beefy topping:
Into a large skillet over medium heat, crumble the vegan ground beef.
Add taco seasoning, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, and sea salt.
Cook, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat.
For the chips:
In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, spread out the tortilla chips.
Sprinkle chips with black beans.
Bake 10 minutes, or just until chips are lightly golden.
Putting it all together:
Drizzle with Green Queso Cheesy Sauce
Top with vegan beef mixture and any additional desired toppings.
Serve hot.
