Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes ~
An easy, budget-friendly weeknight meal you can whip in 20 minutes or less!
This vegan version of the ‘poor man’s cheesesteak,’ is made by combining plant-based ground beef with fresh peppers and onions.
A simple homemade sauce adds the savory flavor you know and love while dairy-free provolone cheese adds the… well, it adds the cheesiness.
The whole meal comes together in minutes, leaving you to sit back, relax, and accept the compliments as your family stuffs their faces with the deliciousness you just made for them.
That’s how it went down in my house anyway.
These cheese-steak-style sloppy joes have quickly become a family favorite! My husband loved them so much he ate two generously sized sandwiches all by himself!
For a more traditional style sandwich, try my old-school Vegan Sloppy Joes. They have been on regular rotation in this house for years!
