No-Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Honey and Oatmeal Bars

Need a healthy and filling addition to the lunchbox or afternoon snack for the kids (or yourself)?

With only three ingredients and no baking required, it doesn’t get much easier than this!

When mixing your ingredients, keep in mind that these bars will begin firming up within minutes.

So once you’ve softened the peanut butter and honey in the microwave, you will need to work quickly to spread the mixture in the pan.

Apple-based honey can generally be found in the vegan area or in the traditional honey section of larger supermarkets.
