Peanut Butter Honey and Oatmeal Bars ~

Ingredients for Peanut Butter Honey and Oatmeal Bars
You will need:
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup apple-based vegan honey
- 3 cups old fashioned or quick-cooking rolled oats
How to Make Peanut Butter Honey and Oatmeal Bars
STEP ONE: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving
STEP TWO: Add peanut butter and honey to a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds, just until softened. Add the rolled oats and stir to combine. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
STEP THREE: Refrigerate for at least one hour to set. Use the edges of the parchment paper to lift the chilled bars out of the pan, then slice and serve. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- When mixing your ingredients, keep in mind that these bars will begin firming up within minutes! Once you’ve softened the peanut butter and honey in the microwave, you will need to work quickly to spread the mixture in the pan.
