Peanut Butter Honey and Oatmeal Bars

Peanut Butter Honey and Oatmeal Bars

Need a healthy and filling after-school snack for the kids (or yourself)?

With only three ingredients and no baking required, this is one of the easiest snacks to prepare! Even better is knowing exactly what you’re eating and that it’s not loaded with sugar like so many bars in the supermarket.

Note: These bars begin firming up in no time┬áso, once you’ve softened the peanut butter and honey in the microwave, you will need to work quickly to spread the mixture in the pan.
