Peanut Butter Honey and Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup vegan honey
  • 3 cups old-fashioned or quick cooking rolled oats

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving
  • Add peanut butter and honey to a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds, just until softened. Add the rolled oats and stir to combine. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour to set. Use the edges of the parchment paper to lift the chilled bars out of the pan, then slice and serve. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
