Ingredients for Cucumber Feta Appetizer Bites

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Mediterranean-style feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • ground black pepper, to taste

How to Make Cucumber Feta Appetizer Bites

STEP ONE: Slice cucumber into eight 1/2-inch rounds.

STEP TWO: In a small bowl, combine feta, parsley, and pepper.

STEP THREE: Spoon the feta mixture onto each cucumber slice and serve.
