Boots and sweater weather is here at last!  It’s actually cold enough now that the heater is on in the house and we have a roaring fire going in the fireplace every night. This makes me so happy I can’t even tell you.

Today’s recipe is for a quick and easy honey mustard dip that just begs to be served with warm soft pretzels. That’s another thing – I love a good soft pretzel and if I can get it with extra salt, even better.

But about the dip. It’s sweet yet savory at the same time. Both of which can be easily adjusted for personal preference.

Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip


  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Truvia Nectar
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. garlic powder


  1. In a small bowl, stir all ingredients together. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  2. Serve room temperature. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
