- 16 ounces refried beans
- 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded and divided
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoon scallions chopped + extra for garnish
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 1-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir together the refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, and scallions.
Transfer the bean mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly and heated through.
