Ingredients

  • 16 ounces refried beans
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded and divided
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon scallions chopped + extra for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 1-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, and scallions.
  • Transfer the bean mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly and heated through.
