Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce or to taste - optional
  • 16 ounces thin spaghetti or other long pasta such as linguine or capellini
  • 2 tablespoons scallions chopped for garnish - optional

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and sriracha (if using). Set aside.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to the hot pot.
  • Add sauce, gently tossing to coat.
  • Sprinkle with scallions and serve hot.
