- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce or to taste - optional
- 16 ounces thin spaghetti or other long pasta such as linguine or capellini
- 2 tablespoons scallions chopped for garnish - optional
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and sriracha (if using). Set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to the hot pot.
Add sauce, gently tossing to coat.
Sprinkle with scallions and serve hot.
