Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan sour cream
  • 1/4 cup vegan Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup scallions finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 large jalapeno pepper de-stemmed and minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste

Instructions
