Ingredients

  • 4 russet potatoes skin on, sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the potatoes, olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper to a large bowl. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Bake. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, until easily pierced with a fork.
