Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pimento-stuffed green olives pitted and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons scallions also known as green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive brine juice from the jar of olives, or lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, stir together, or use a hand mixer to combine the cream cheese and sour cream. Add the olives, scallions, olive brine, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste and serve cold or at room temperature. Store any leftover olive dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
