- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup pimento-stuffed green olives pitted and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons scallions also known as green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive brine juice from the jar of olives, or lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a large bowl, stir together, or use a hand mixer to combine the cream cheese and sour cream. Add the olives, scallions, olive brine, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve cold or at room temperature. Store any leftover olive dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
