- 6 large avocados
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 large tomato seeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 cup red onion finely diced
- 6 jalapeños finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Use a sharp knife to halve and pit the avocados, then scoop out the avocado flesh into a medium bowl. Add lime juice and mash to your desired consistency.
Stir in the red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Adjust seasoning with additional lime juice, salt, or jalapeño as needed.
