Ingredients

  • 6 large avocados
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 large tomato seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely diced
  • 6 jalapeños finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  • Use a sharp knife to halve and pit the avocados, then scoop out the avocado flesh into a medium bowl. Add lime juice and mash to your desired consistency.
  • Stir in the red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Adjust seasoning with additional lime juice, salt, or jalapeño as needed.
