- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 11-ounce package mini saltine crackers, or three sleeves full-size
Into a large bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, red pepper flakes, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Add saltine crackers and gently toss until coated.
Cover tightly and set aside to marinate overnight, or at least 8 hours, then serve.
