No-Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Honey and Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup vegan honey
  • 3 cups rolled oats

Instructions

  • Line an 8"x8" dish with parchment paper.
  • Place peanut butter and honey together in a medium size glass bowl. Microwave 20-30 seconds to soften.
  • Stir in rolled oats.
  • Pour mixture into prepared dish. Refrigerate at least one hour before slicing into bars.
