Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the tamari, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate in a covered container for up to 1 week.
