Ingredients

  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing
  • 2 tablespoons vegan parmesan cheese shredded
  • 18 ounces vegan liquid egg substitute such as JUST Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray an 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Spread prepared stuffing in an even layer to cover the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the liquid egg substitute, powdered mustard, and nutmeg. Carefully pour evenly over the stuffing.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until set. Allow to stand at least 10 minutes before cutting and serving warm or at room temperature.
