- Non-stick cooking spray
- 3 cups prepared stuffing
- 2 tablespoons vegan parmesan cheese shredded
- 18 ounces vegan liquid egg substitute such as JUST Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray an 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Spread prepared stuffing in an even layer to cover the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the liquid egg substitute, powdered mustard, and nutmeg. Carefully pour evenly over the stuffing.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until set. Allow to stand at least 10 minutes before cutting and serving warm or at room temperature.
