- 1 cup vegan sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons scallions finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon parsley + additional for garnish finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Into a small mixing bowl, add the sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Stir together until the consistency is smooth.
Add parsley, dill, seasoned salt, garlic, and ground black pepper. Stir to fully incorporate all ingredients.
Adjust seasoning to taste, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill throughout. Serve cold.
