hearts of palm
drained and chopped

celery
chopped

vegan mayonnaise
1/2

black olives
chopped

tablespoons
red onion
chopped

tablespoons
Italian flat-leaf parsley

teaspoon
yellow mustard
1/2
teaspoon
Old Bay seasoning
1/4
teaspoon
ground black pepper
1/8
teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
Into a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients.
Stir gently to combine. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Serve cold.
