Ingredients

  • 1 pound hearts of palm drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup black olives chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Italian flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Into a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients.
  • Stir gently to combine. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • Serve cold.
