Line an 8" x 12" baking sheet with parchment paper.
Into a large mixing bowl, add chocolate chips. Place bowl in microwave; heat 20 seconds, then stir. Continue heating in 20-second intervals, stirring after each time, until chocolate is melted.
Fold in rice cereal. Stir gently until cereal is evenly distributed.
Onto the prepared baking sheet, use a spatula to spread the mixture in an even layer.
Place in refrigerator 1 hour, or until chocolate is completely cooled and set.
Remove from refrigerator and cut or break into serving pieces.
Serve straight from the refrigerator or at room temperature.
