Ingredients

  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 25 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
  • 10- ounce package frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Mix the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Spread about 1/2 cup marinara sauce in the bottom of the prepared dish. Lay 1/3 of the frozen ravioli on top of the sauce. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the seasoning mixture, 1/3 of the Parmesan, and 1/3 of the mozzarella. Spread half of the spinach evenly over the cheese, then spoon about 3/4 cup marinara sauce on top.
  • Repeat the layers once: ravioli, seasonings, Parmesan, mozzarella, spinach, and marinara sauce.
  • For the final layer, arrange the remaining ravioli, sprinkle with the remaining seasoning, and spoon on the rest of the marinara sauce. Top with the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, until heated through and bubbly. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
  • Take the lasagna out of the oven and let it stand for 10 minutes. Cut into individual servings and serve warm.
