Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Mix the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
Spread about 1/2 cup marinara sauce in the bottom of the prepared dish. Lay 1/3 of the frozen ravioli on top of the sauce. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the seasoning mixture, 1/3 of the Parmesan, and 1/3 of the mozzarella. Spread half of the spinach evenly over the cheese, then spoon about 3/4 cup marinara sauce on top.
Repeat the layers once: ravioli, seasonings, Parmesan, mozzarella, spinach, and marinara sauce.
For the final layer, arrange the remaining ravioli, sprinkle with the remaining seasoning, and spoon on the rest of the marinara sauce. Top with the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, until heated through and bubbly. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
Take the lasagna out of the oven and let it stand for 10 minutes. Cut into individual servings and serve warm.
