- 2/3 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 cups frozen green peas thawed
- 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese cut into small-size cubes
Putting it together:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peas and all of the dressing. Toss until the peas are fully coated.
Gently stir in the red onions and cheddar cheese.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight. Serve chilled.
