Ingredients

  • 8 ounces plain hummus
  • 8 ounces vegan tzatziki sauce
  • 1/4 cup tablespoons red onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup English cucumber chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup vegan feta cheese crumbled

Instructions

  • Onto a shallow 10-inch serving dish, spread the hummus in an even layer.
  • Add the tzatziki sauce, spreading gently and being careful to not mix with the hummus layer.
  • Sprinkle with red onion, kalamata olives, cucumber, and red pepper.
  • Add the final layer of crumbled feta cheese and serve.
