Ingredients

  • 1 pound thin green beans trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

Instructions

  • Place the green beans in a large skillet in a single layer and add just enough cold water to cover. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer until the beans are just tender, about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Return the skillet to the heat and add the butter. When melted, add the green beans and toss to coat. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the minced garlic and lemon pepper. Continue cooking for an additional 1 minute. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
