Ingredients
1/2cupvegan buttersoftened
1/2cuplight brown sugar
1/4cupgranulated sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2teaspoonsalt
1 1/4cupall-purpose flourcooked, if desired
1/4cupoat milkor other mild-flavored plant milk such as unsweetened almond
1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chipsdairy-free
Instructions
In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
Add the vanilla extract, salt, flour, and milk. Mix again to incorporate.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Adjust consistency to taste. Adding additional milk will thin the frosting while extra flour will thicken it. Spread on your dessert of choice and serve.
