Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon balled or cubed
  • 1 cup cantaloupe balled or cubed
  • 1 cup honeydew balled or cubed
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon chile lime seasoning or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh mint chopped

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, toss together the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew.
  • In a small bowl, combine the white balsamic vinegar, honey, chile lime seasoning, and salt. Drizzle over the melon and gently toss to combine.
  • Refrigerate until chilled. Adjust seasoning to taste, then sprinkle with mint and serve.
