- 1 cup cantaloupe balled or cubed
- 1 cup honeydew balled or cubed
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon chile lime seasoning or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh mint chopped
In a large bowl, toss together the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew.
In a small bowl, combine the white balsamic vinegar, honey, chile lime seasoning, and salt. Drizzle over the melon and gently toss to combine.
Refrigerate until chilled. Adjust seasoning to taste, then sprinkle with mint and serve.
