- 6 ounces cranberries 1/2 bag of fresh cranberries
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon scallions chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon jalapeño pepper seeded and chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Place cranberries in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until cranberries are about half the consistency you prefer for your salsa.
Add the sugar, scallions, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt. Pulse again until the cranberries are chopped into small pieces, and the ingredients are combined.
Transfer to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite crackers.
