Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cranberries 1/2 bag of fresh cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon scallions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeño pepper seeded and chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place cranberries in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until cranberries are about half the consistency you prefer for your salsa.
  • Add the sugar, scallions, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt. Pulse again until the cranberries are chopped into small pieces, and the ingredients are combined.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite crackers.
