- 1 16-inch flatbread pizza crust
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup vegan feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup sweet mini peppers seeded and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh dill
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Spread a layer of hummus to cover the flatbread. Sprinkle with garlic salt and black pepper.
Add crumbled feta, sliced peppers, and red onion.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned and crisp. Allow to stand for a few minutes for the cheese to set then spriinklewith dill, slice, and serve.
