Ingredients

  • 1 16-inch flatbread pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup vegan feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sweet mini peppers seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh dill

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Spread a layer of hummus to cover the flatbread. Sprinkle with garlic salt and black pepper.
  • Add crumbled feta, sliced peppers, and red onion.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned and crisp. Allow to stand for a few minutes for the cheese to set then spriinklewith dill, slice, and serve.
