- 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons scallions finely chopped
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, dill relish, whole grain mustard, chili sauce, garlic, onion powder, and ground black pepper.
Stir in the parsley and scallions.
