- 1 16-ounce package frozen green peas
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
- 2 tablespoons chives chopped
Place frozen peas into a medium bowl then fill the bowl with cold water to cover the peas. Allow peas to soak for 20 minutes, until thawed. Drain and set aside.
Into a skillet over medium heat, add the butter. When the butter is melted, add the thawed peas, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently until heated through.
Remove from heat then stir in the dill and chives. Adjust seasoning to taste then serve warm.
