Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegan sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons scallions, finely chopped

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in the scallions and adjust the seasoning to taste.
  • Cover and refrigerate for about an hour (optional). Serve chilled.
