Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegan beef-style broth
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vegan beef-style bouillon base
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the beef-style broth and cornstarch.
  • Whisk in the beef-style bouillon base, onion powder, thyme, and black pepper.
  • Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently until gravy is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add the butter and continue stirring until melted. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
