- 2 cups vegan beef-style broth
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon vegan beef-style bouillon base
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the beef-style broth and cornstarch.
Whisk in the beef-style bouillon base, onion powder, thyme, and black pepper.
Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently until gravy is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the butter and continue stirring until melted. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
