Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons scallions finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon parsley + additional for garnish finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Into a small mixing bowl, add the sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Stir together until the consistency is smooth.
  • Add parsley, dill, seasoned salt, garlic, and ground black pepper. Stir to fully incorporate all ingredients.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill throughout. Serve cold.
