Ingredients

  • 8 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon creamy Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or measuring cup combine the vinegar and oil.
  • Add the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Dijon mustard. Whisk to thoroughly combine, then set aside.
  • Into a large bowl, add the shredded cabbage.
  • Pour the oil and vinegar dressing over the cabbage and toss to coat. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Refrigerate until chilled then serve cold.
