- 8 cups cabbage shredded
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon creamy Dijon mustard
In a small bowl or measuring cup combine the vinegar and oil.
Add the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Dijon mustard. Whisk to thoroughly combine, then set aside.
Into a large bowl, add the shredded cabbage.
Pour the oil and vinegar dressing over the cabbage and toss to coat. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Refrigerate until chilled then serve cold.
