Ingredients

  • 2 tomatillos diced with husks removed
  • 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves and stems chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Into a medium-size mixing bowl, add the tomatillos, red onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno peppers, lime juice, and sea salt.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve chilled or room temperature.
