vegan sour cream

vegan mayonnaise

1.8-ounce packet dry leek soup mix

ounces
frozen chopped spinach
thawed and well-drained

ounces
marinated artichoke hearts
drained and chopped
Instructions
Into a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients. Stir until well combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
