- 1 pound fresh okra pods
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Remove caps and slice okra into 1/3" thick pieces.
Place sliced okra in a medium bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spread the okra onto a baking sheet, in an even layer. Bake for 10-12 minutes and serve.
