Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Store in a labeled airtight container in the spice cabinet.
  • For Tofu Scramble: Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble well-drained extra firm tofu into the pan and sprinkle with tofu 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning blend Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until heated through, and serve hot.
