- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 4 heads baby bok choy halved
n a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and pepper. Set aside.
Into a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil using a spatula to spread it around the pan. When the oil is hot, add the soy sauce mixture. Place the bok choy in the pan so they do not overlap then gently turn to coat.
Cover and cook for 1 minute. Uncover and turn the bok choy. Replace cover and continue cooking for an additional 1 minute or until leaves are wilted and the stalks are tender but still have a slight crunch. Serve hot.
