Into a food processor, add the tofu, coconut oil, water, super agar powder, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, vinegar, and oregano. Blend until the consistency is smooth.
Into a medium-size saucepan over medium heat, add the entire mixture. Bring to a simmer then continue cooking for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour into a medium-size glass bowl. Allow the vegan feta to sit at room temperature until completely cooled.
